Coaching is both supportive and purposeful. While you will always be met with understanding, this is not a place to remain stuck. You are here because you desire growth and are ready to take meaningful steps forward. Change requires courage, effort, and sometimes discomfort, and I will walk with you, encourage you, and challenge you with honesty and hope along the way.
I approach coaching from a Catholic worldview and a deep respect for the dignity of the human person. God created you with intention and has a plan for your flourishing. Together, we will seek to understand and live out His design for your life in a way that is authentic, integrated, and life-giving.
You are welcome here exactly as you are. This is a space free from judgment, shame, or condemnation. In our work together, you can expect consistency, compassion, empathy, and genuine care. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and safe as you grow.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. Coaching is designed for individuals who are emotionally stable and seeking guidance, growth, and accountability. It is not appropriate for concerns such as significant mental health symptoms, trauma, domestic violence, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or other clinical issues.
If you are seeking support in these areas, I encourage you to visit my therapy and resources page for appropriate care and referrals.
Investment starts at $160 per session.
I cannot express how helpful it was to have weekly sessions to talk about the issue I needed to work through. Melissa combined her psychotherapy knowledge with a practical understanding of our Catholic faith to really help me dig deeper into the beliefs I was holding and the patterns of behaviour that were keeping me stuck. I learned so much about myself and was able to make some necessary shifts!"
In the last few months of having you listen to me and give me amazing advice and guidance, you have not only helped me grow and get better, but also strive for a Christ-centered marriage, amazing friendships, building a family, seeking God above all, and trusting Him even in the darkness.”
She has been walking with me for about four years now and she has genuinely become a part of my family. One of my favorite parts about working with Melissa is that I don't have to jeopardize my faith values. All of our sessions are rooted in God's truth, and on many occasions, she has reminded me of my belovedness in Christ. Melissa is an absolute gem of a person. I wholeheartedly believe God has placed her in my life to bring me closer to Him! I absolutely love her and couldn't recommend her enough!”
Together we processed how to bring those parts together, and worked through the logistics of next steps. I wanted to learn from a Catholic therapist in the field how to integrate my faith in everything I did professionally. I needed to look beyond my own community to find that. Melissa’s mentorship all the way from Florida was such a gift to me!"
I knew I wanted to work with her since she was already established and successful in a lot of the things I wanted to do. She helped me overcome obstacles and mental roadblocks standing in my way. I am grateful for our time working together.”
